I have watched you taking in the spring

So before I get into this post and more on my outfit. I think it's only fair I start off with an apology (sort of)

I am back! I've been away for a while due to being quite ill due to many reasons but it seems its been a never ending cycle of illness after illness and a few times I felt like i'll never see the end of the tunnel. I know that sounds a little over exaggerated but I was at the point where I couldn't physically post I just felt that bleugh.
I went through a very stressful period at university like very little amount of sleep nights, late nights at uni and so must stress all of which many of you can probably relate to and will know that it really does take its toll on you. I know that wayyy more of that is to come so part of me can't really apologize for how my blog will keep panning out, but I will always post as often as possible as I can because I love what I do.

Anway I know some people will say I don't have to explain myself because it's my blog but I feel I owe that to my readers to be honest.
SO in the time I was in hibernation, spring came about! YAY! And it's been Easter!
This time of year is my favourite because its a time for change, the weather gets ever so slightly warmer, the blossom blooms and the nights get lighter.
I have to admit that as soon as I see a little bit of sunshine I want to throw all my Winter clothes into a bag and get my summer clothes straight out, like I'm so ready to just leave my coat at home now.
I think it's perfect at this time that you have transitional clothes that keep you warm but at the same time keep you cool when it is that bit more warmer.
I love this skirt I've been waiting to get it back out my wardrobe because it is one those pieces I've been wearing it casual with tights but it's one of those that quite airy and you could wear in the summer too.

You might notice too that after all that feeling rubbish I thought it was time for me to get a little hairstyle change, well I say change I've just got my dip dye redone and gone a little shorter.
I honestly haven't loved my hair this much before and after my mum said I look like Alexa Chung is a no brainier I'm not going back to long hair for a while.

Anyway I'll leave it at that for now. Funnily enough I wasn't really in a massive writing mood I was singing along to some music and my boyfriend said he would challenge me to put songs on that I couldn't sing to, and that is a real challenge. I wrote this without singing to any, think I deserve a pat on the back for that!
Anyway that is all from me hope you enjoyed this post, and my rambling.
Hope you all had a wonderful Easter.
Until next time take care!
