I forget where we were.

I'm a bit out of depth with fashion at the moment if I'm honest I'm not sure if that's because I haven't had the chance to read fashion magazines/blogs alike recently or just that I'm sort of lacking in inspiration with my wardrobe. I'm going through one of those phases where I'm literally hating on every item of clothing I own and being a fashion student you sort of feel pressured to look the part.
So when I do come across a piece I do love I tend to wear the hell out of it; through moderation obviously haha this dress from New Look is one of those, its a perfect shape and everything, which is funny considering this one is from the teenage section..

I'm loving tartan at the moment at the moment much like I was this time last year its amongst my favourites with the mod/60's trend this season.
This outfit is a sort of mishmash but it works, its the sort of colours I'm loving this autumn like the warm burgundy hues.
I seem to of found myself wearing my Doc's quite a lot recently too, I think because it adds to the English style I like to adopt.

I included this absolutely adorable bag in this outfit which I brought at Sass & Belle whilst I was in London (it was that or a cushion) the bag I thought I'd use more.
Not only that but recently I found out a jewellery shop I love is closing down (for now) so i took the chance to buy a few things including this necklace with my birth sign on, so cute.

So that is all from me for now, I'm trying to post as regularly as I can I'm literally just so busy at the moment seems like it's all go. I have my first official deadline this Friday which I'm so so scared about so all my focus will be on that. I'm also off to London on Wednesday which is super exciting! I'll keep you updated!
Hope you all had a wonderful Halloween too apologises for no outfit this year though, me and my boyfriend celebrated by going to the cinema to watch Horns which I'm still trying to decide was a good idea or not its one of the strangest films I think I've ever seen, I haven't been able to stop thinking about it since.
We also managed to grab some tickets for Ben Howards tour next year so that's something else to look forward to!
Until next time take care you beautiful lot

What's your opinion?

  1. Loving the New Look tartan dress, so cute!

  2. I feel exactly the same at the moment! Clothes just dont excite me at all right now, i feel like theres nothing for my body shape or style * Cry* and being a fashion student it makes it much worse! I love this outfit though, its so lovely!
